1.1. This document constitutes the privacy statement of Clay Princess (ABN 49 649 985 712) and sets out the policy of Clay Princess in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.

3.1. The Personal Information collected:

4.4. Subject to Clause 4.5 below, upon request by you, Clay Princess undertakes to take reasonable steps to provide you with access to the information held by Clay Princess.
4.5. If providing you with access to the Personal Information would reveal confidential information of Clay Princess then Clay Princess may provide you with an explanation in regards to that confidential information rather than providing you with access to the Personal Information.
